SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
November marked yet another busy month for the team on the ground at Dawn, with works across all Stages under construction progressing smoothly.
In Stage 6B1, we are pleased to report roadworks are progressing well, with the kerb installation currently underway, while electrical installation has commenced as well.
In Stages 6B2 and 6B3, the operational works have been approved and the team continues with earthworks, which are nearing completion.
We are excited to share that plans for the waterway at Dawn have been approved! We look forward to seeing this take shape and sharing further updates as we enter the new year.
