2022 IN REVIEW
In 2022, we welcomed you to Dawn. This year marked a new beginning for our neighbourhood and the broader Walloon community. As 2023 inches closer, what better time to celebrate Dawn and the year that was!
This year, ID_Land took the next step in our interstate expansion and officially launched Dawn Walloon, Queensland. The already established neighbourhood and idyllic surrounds will be enhanced with future interconnecting walking and bike paths, seven parks in addition to the already thriving Village Hub with onsite restaurant and childcare centre.
In June, our team had the pleasure of hosting a Display Village Open Day! We welcomed around 250 guests to open the brand-new display village and explore bespoke display homes, speak with some of the best sales teams in the business and get a feel for the new way of life at Dawn.
Whilst parents toured the village, kids participated in the Builder Scavenger Hunt, searching each home for LEGO characters. The fun-filled family day also featured live music, a bouncing castle and face painting for the little ones. There were plenty of food options including gourmet coffee, burgers and chips from local favourite Phat Boyz, and popcorn, fairy floss and ice cream provided by Kiss FM!
In November, the Dawn Walloon community gathered under the stars to enjoy the smash hit ‘Sing 2’. The event was held in Dawn’s Markethall Park, where locals were again treated to delicious food from Phat Boyz, lollies, popcorn and even giant games that were loved by both kids and adults! It was wonderful to see Dawn residents come together on this lovely spring evening.
We look forward to continuing to shape a brighter future for this community. We can’t wait to see you all again in 2023!
Construction On Site
As the year draws to a close, we are proud to share that Dawn’s construction has progressed well. All lots have been settled in Stage 6A1, residents in Stage 6B1 will be receiving titles shortly and preparation works in Stage 6B2, 6B3, 6C1 and 6C2 are underway. Only a handful of lots are available in our Beacon, Dayspring and Genesis releases.
