SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
As we enter the final months of the year, we’re pleased to share that construction at Dawn continues to progress smoothly.
In Stage 6A1, lots are now registered, while in Stage 6B1, the lots have been lodged for plan sealing marking an exciting milestone for purchasers within these stages.
Roadworks are currently underway in Stage 6B1, and over in Stages 6B2 and 6B3, bulk earthworks are set to commence this month, marking an exciting achievement for these stages!
