SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
September marked another busy month for the team on the ground at Dawn, with works across all stages progressing smoothly.
In Stage 6A1, we’re happy to announce that plan sealing is nearly completed, and the Stage will be lodged for titles as soon as possible, with practical completion also achieved.
In Stage 6B1, stormwater and retaining wall works are well underway and the sewer works are nearing completion. We’re pleased to share that in Stages 6B2 and 6B3, the design approval is imminent, and construction is set to commence as soon as possible, while the design for Stages 6C1 and 6C2 is awaiting council approval.
