SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
We’re pleased to share that works on the ground at Dawn continued to power along throughout the month of August.
It’s been all hands-on deck in Stage 6A1, with the team reaching an exciting milestone this month and completing construction! We have now lodged for plan sealing and look forward to taking the next step towards practical completion.
In Stage 6B1, bulk earthworks are now complete and sewer works have commenced. In Stages 6B2, 6B3, 6C1 and 6C2, designs are currently with council for approval.
