SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

It’s been yet another busy month at Dawn in Walloon, with works progressing smoothly across all stages.

We’re happy to announce that in Stages 6A1 and 6B1 bulk earthworks have commenced, marking the official beginning of construction! The final engineering designs for Stages 6B2 and 6B3 are currently with the council, and we are eagerly awaiting approval to kick off works on these stages and preparing for commencement as soon as Council give us the go ahead.

We are also pleased to share that in July ID_Land submitted the designs for Stages 6C1 and 6C2 to the council for approval, alongside our Western Precinct Application, which covers the area of the estate to the west of the future Dawn Waterway. Upon completion, the Western Precinct will deliver over 1000 new lots and three new parks in addition to the existing estate and the approved plans in the Eastern Precinct.
